**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead guided kayak tours for guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Provide safety briefings and paddling instructions before each trip.
- Assess weather, water conditions, and guest capability prior to launching.
- Monitor guest safety throughout the tour; respond promptly to any emergencies.
- Share information about local wildlife, history, and environmental features.
- Maintain, clean, and store kayak equipment properly after each use.
- Report any safety concerns, damaged equipment, or incidents to supervisors.
- Assist with other resort/recreational activities as needed.
- Promote eco-friendly practices and educate guests on responsible tourism.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
