**Job Description & Responsibilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with search engine optimization, social media, and best practices for website content development.
- Set the vision for our content strategy and drive the development of key messages that resonate with our target market and our Marketing campaigns.
- Develop and deliver a diverse and engaging content portfolio directed at technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct customer and market research to understand industry trends and ensure resonant messages and effective marketing strategy, supported by ongoing monitoring.
- Ensure Fibre2Fashion services and offerings are represented consistently and effectively on Fibre2Fashion’s website, social media channels, and all other platforms.
- Increase website traffic by following SEO best practices.
- Create/edit range of documents, correcting any grammatical, typographical, or compositional errors.

**Key Skills**:

- Proven experience as a technical content writer or copywriter across various mediums, including short-form (website, social media, ad campaigns) and long-form (fact sheets, solution briefs, white papers, and eBooks).
- Proven track record of researching, strategizing, and developing strong and innovative content.
- Experience with keyword research and SEO-optimized content generation and optimization.
- Analytical skills to understand content performance metrics. You can use data to inform your decisions, from content strategy to innovative market trends, new marketing channels, etc.
- Experience in writing Newsletter, Articles, Blogs, Case Studies, Press Releases, Social media posts & Marketing Collateral Education: Degree / Diploma in Journalism & Mass Communication (Preferrable)
