**Job Profile**
- Provide guidance to students on academic goals and other educational milestones.
- Set up course-specific performance guidelines for trainers and evaluate their work.
- Arrange, conduct, manage and monitor the live training sessions (Classroom & Virtual).
- Encourage excellence in teaching and learning and make sure that students' learning and improvement are always the main goal.
- Performance assessment of students on a regular basis to ensure proper knowledge transfer.
- Design, plan and conduct academic activities like workshops, webinars, contests etc as part of student skill enhancement initiative.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team in brand storytelling activities.
- Provide support to the HR team in students’ placement related activities.
- 3+ years of experience in the same field and position is necessary.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve student concerns.

*

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
