1Making commercial comparisons, identifying L1, reading through contract conditions

3Carrying out Negotiations as per company rules.

4Documentation for PO approvals and preparing approvals for source selection

5Interact with users, seniors for project approval

6ERP Processing /SAP (Procurement to payment)

7Preparing procurement schedule as per budget along with various user departments for Budget and Cash Flow Planning

8Responsible for procurement activities across multiple categories and vendor development.Generate & Verification the PO, vendor payment.

9Reconciliation of accounts.

10Day to day Activities such as maintaining quotations, pricing analysis Correspond with vendors regarding prices, negotiations, product availability.

11Look after Inventory management of material.

12Ensure the timely receipt of material from Supplier.

13Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.

14Develop the reliable vendors and suppliers. Determine quantity and timing of deliveries

15Monitor and forecast upcoming demands.

16Proven working experience in Purchase Dept. Familiar with sourcing and vendor management. Working experience in ERP / SAP, and Excel sheet experience.
