As an **Articleship Trainee**, you will gain practical experience and hands-on training in the following areas:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Audit & Assurance**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare audit working papers and documentation for audit reports.
- **Taxation**:

- Work on direct and indirect tax matters including GST, income tax, and TDS compliance.
- Assist in filing tax returns, handling tax assessments, and responding to notices.
- Preparation and review of tax computation and provisions.
- **Accounting & Finance**:

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting entries, and preparation of financial statements.
- Handle reconciliations, cash flow management, and preparation of financial reports.
- Work on compliance related to statutory payments like Provident Fund, ESI, etc.
- **Corporate Law Compliance**:

- Assist in company incorporation, drafting resolutions, and conducting board meetings.
- Prepare and file ROC (Registrar of Companies) returns and other company secretarial work.
- Handle compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
- **Management Consultancy**:

- Participate in financial due diligence, business valuations, and feasibility studies.
- Provide insights and assistance in financial planning, cost analysis, and budgeting.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Handle client interactions, queries, and coordinate with various departments.
- Work on ad-hoc projects related to mergers, acquisitions, and financial restructuring.
- Keep up to date with relevant changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulations.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of accounting, auditing, and taxation principles.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Completed IPCC/Intermediate level of CA course.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.

**Stipend**:
