POST-TRANSPLANT IN-PATIENT PERIOD - Monitors patient progress post-transplant and educates recipient/family regarding care and responsibilities after transplantation

Coordinating and providing education to cardiac transplant patients and families

Coordinating the diverse inpatient and outpatient clinical management of the cardiac transplant population

Telephone medical advice, interaction with both patients and primary physicians, participation in administrative, selection and education meetings, and inpatient rounds

Ensuring adherence to protocols and program certification requirements

Taking history and physical assessment of cardiac patients

**Salary**: ₹13,672.63 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Salem, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
