**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drafting and Design: Create detailed 2D and 3D floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD software. Ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers and project managers to understand project requirements and integrate design concepts into technical drawings.
- Revisions: Make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback from clients or team members, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of design changes, specifications, and revisions.
- Compliance: Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Presentation: Assist in preparing presentations and visual aids for client meetings and design reviews.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an AutoCAD Designer or Draftsman, preferably in the interior design industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit). Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of drafting and design work.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
