Job Title: Telecaller - Real Estate

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Real Estate Industry)

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹27,000 per month

Languages Required: English, Hindi, Marathi

**Key Responsibilities**

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.

Explain project details, pricing, and features to potential customers.

Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

Maintain daily call logs and update CRM software.

Handle inbound queries efficiently and professionally.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling within the real estate industry.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.

Basic knowledge of CRM or Excel is a plus.

Working Days & Hours

Days: Monday to Saturday

Time: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
