Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated **Sales Representative** to join our Berger Paints dealership in Coonoor. This is a **field-based role**, responsible for identifying and connecting with **local painters, contractors, and customers**, promoting Berger Paints products, and **driving walk-in sales** to our exclusive retail store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit construction sites, hardware shops, and residential areas to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local **painters, builders, and end customers**.
- Explain product features, benefits, and colour solutions to prospective clients.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and convert leads to store sales.
- Report daily activities and updates to the store manager.
- Assist in coordinating product deliveries and maintaining customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass. Graduates preferred.
- Experience in **paint sales / hardware / construction-related field work** is a plus.
- Strong local area knowledge of Coonoor and the surrounding regions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Willingness to travel locally and work on-field daily.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
