**Key Responsibilities**:
- Teach and train students in graphics, motion graphics, **3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, animation, and rendering** using Blender, Maya, and 3ds Max.
- Prepare and deliver engaging classroom and lab sessions.
- Assist students in developing their projects and professional portfolios.
- Stay updated with the latest industry tools, plugins, and trends in the industry.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and extra sessions for advanced learning.
- Collaborate with academic teams to enhance curriculum and training quality.
**Requirements**:
- Strong proficiency in graphics, motion graphics & 3D software.
- Knowledge of additional software (ZBrush, Substance Painter, Unreal/Unity, etc.) will be a plus.
- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching or industry experience in 3D animation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for mentoring students and guiding them toward creative careers.
- Ability to manage classes effectively and maintain student engagement.
**Education & Experience**
- Degree/Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, VFX, or related field.
- Prior teaching/training experience in an animation institute preferred, but not mandatory if industry experience is strong.
