**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Marketing and Promotion**:

- Promote the courses offered by Himalaya Group of Institutions to students and parents at various 10+2 schools and coaching classes.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations to provide information about the institution's programs, benefits, and admission process.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to reach potential students and increase enrollments.

**2. Career Counselling**:

- Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions to students to help them understand various career options and make informed decisions.
- Assess students' interests, skills, and academic performance to guide them in selecting suitable courses and career paths.
- Offer support and guidance to students regarding their educational and career goals.

**3. Outreach and Networking**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with school administrators, teachers, and coaching centers to facilitate collaboration and student engagement.
- Attend educational fairs, career expos, and other events to represent the institution and promote its courses.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts within the education sector to enhance outreach efforts.

**4. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, student interactions, and marketing activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on counselling outcomes, student feedback, and enrollment statistics.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and counselling programs to suggest improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
**- Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in educational counselling, marketing, or related roles.
**- Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of career counselling techniques and educational marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
- Travel allowances and other benefits as per the organization's policies.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
