**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guide students and parents** about MBBS Abroad, Aviation, and other study abroad programs
- **Assess student profiles** and recommend suitable universities and countries
- **Maintain and update CRM records** to ensure smooth workflow
- **Coordinate with international university partners** and internal departments
- **Participate in student events, education fairs, and promotional seminars**- **Contribute ideas** for improving the overall counseling experience

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s Degree** in any discipline (Freshers encouraged to apply)
- **Strong communication and presentation skills** in English and Hindi
- **Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities**- **Basic computer knowledge** - MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools
