**Job Description**:
Business Controlling Team focus in partnering, supporting and controlling the business departments in order to achieve the financial targets in line with the business strategy.

This is achieved by working closely with business departments, providing financial information, tools, analysis and insight to executives and senior managers, challenging their thinking, helping them make more informed decisions based on numbers.

The Business Controlling Team aim to improve the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance; provide/deliver analysis and insight that links financial reports to business strategies; provide effective processes to ensure key operational and financial targets are achieved; build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and their teams

**Your Responsibilities**:
This Business Controller will support in covering the following tasks:

- Financial business partnership with SaaS/BPaaS
- CAPEX monthly reporting and controlling
- Support in cost controls, IRAs and POS approval
- Support in Monthly financial reporting per Bus Area / Divisions / Towers in SaaS/BPaaS
- Support in ad hoc Profitability analysis in SaaS/BPaaS
- Support in Capacity monthly reporting and controlling
- Support in specific initiatives (Suppliers saving initiative, 3P contracts review and optimization, etc.)
- Externals costs (body leasing) monitoring / internal FTEs control
- BC updates and follow up
- Timesheet control files preparation

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Degree qualifications in Business Administration / Economics

**Professional Experience & Skills**:

- At least 2/4 years of relevant experience with min. 2 years as a Financial Analyst / Financial Business Partner/ Business Controller preferably in the IT / Financial Services industries
- Strong quantitative abilities and excellent written and oral communication skills (English fluent)
- SAP and Business Intelligence proficiency is a strong plus
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset
