**Job Timings**:
09:00 AM to 07:00 PM

**Job Overview**:
The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also includes providing financial advice and participating in budgeting and forecasting activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage financial systems and budgets
- Direct / indirect Taxation and its timely Assessments.
- Cash flow & fund flow Management
- Ensuring timely payment of statutory dues like TDS, GST, PF, Professional Tax etc
- Prepare unaudited Profit & Loss & Balance Sheet on Quarterly basis.
- Produce reports and recommendations following internal audits or public sector audits
- Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts
- Arrange financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting
- Advise on tax and treasury issues
- Maintain accounting records and prepare accounts and management information
- Liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise
- Undertake financial audits (an independent check of an organisation's financial position)
- Review the company's systems and analyse risk
- Manage junior colleagues

**Required qualifications and skills**:

- Qualification: CA Intermediate or Chartered Accountant
- Graduation: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
- Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate financial information and advice to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to support business objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team building skills are required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
