An accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) associate's job description includes a variety of tasks, such as: Processing transactions: Ensuring that AP/AR transactions are processed accurately and on time. This includes matching, batching, coding, and processing invoices. Customer service: Providing customer service by answering inquiries and making payment arrangements. Collections: Performing proactive and reactive collections of delinquent accounts. Record keeping: Maintaining accurate record keeping. Financial security: Maintaining financial security by following internal accounting controls and completing database backups. Historical records: Maintaining financial historical records by filing accounting documents. Communication: Communicating process, requirements, and timing to customers. Process improvement: Providing recommendations to improve existing processes.

Age limit 18 to 30

Language preferred Tamil only
