Kanoon-e is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our thriving digital marketing team. As a pivotal part of our growth strategy, this role is designed for a driven individual eager to expand our digital footprint and enhance revenue through creative and strategic client acquisition approaches.

As a Business Development Manager for Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for spearheading the efforts to expand our client base and market share. This position requires a profound understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and more, combined with a robust sales skill set to effectively secure new partnerships and business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and digital marketing needs.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients about the benefits of our digital marketing services.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
- Support the marketing team in developing new business strategies, conducting market analysis, and creating campaigns for engaging new clients.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, keeping an eye on client and market dynamics along with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges they face.
- Analyze client feedback and collaborate with the tech and marketing teams to enhance our services and the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven working experience of 3-5 years in business development or sales, particularly within the digital marketing sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and persuasively.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively. Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with a propensity to adopt new technologies.
- High level of creativity, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
