**Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Educational Institutions)**

**About Us**: School of Music, Dance, Yoga & Recording Studio
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our school like - door knocking, cold calling in markets, etc.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
- Plan and execute promotional events and marketing campaigns.
- Identify, target, and engage educational institutions to get the students for musicals classes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as principals, deans, and administrators in educational institutions.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and videos.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in person.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in direct sales or a related field.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
