**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Outreach and Engagement**:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about the school's programs, admissions process, and facilities.

**2. Information Dissemination**:
Effectively communicate details about the school's academic offerings, extracurricular activities, faculty expertise, and any upcoming events.

Share information on admission procedures, requirements, fees, and scholarships to interested parties.

**3. Appointment Scheduling**:
Schedule appointments for interested parents and students to visit the school, attend orientations, or meet with admission counselors.

Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth transitions from inquiry to admission.

**4. Database Management**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls made, inquiries generated, and outcomes in the school's database or CRM system.

Organize and categorize data to facilitate follow-ups and track progress.

**5. Follow-up and Relationship Building**:
Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any concerns, and provide additional information as needed.

Build and maintain a positive rapport with potential students and parents to enhance the school's image and credibility.

**6. Feedback Collection**:
Gather feedback from prospective students and parents regarding their interaction with the school and its representatives, and document their suggestions and preferences.

Share valuable insights and feedback with the admissions team to refine communication strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 0-1 year of relevant experience, including freshers.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with a diverse audience.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward engaging with potential students and parents.
