**Position Overview**:
As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing web designs. Your expertise in Figma will be essential for crafting prototypes and design concepts that enhance user experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma.
- Conduct user research and translate findings into design improvements.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma (mention other design tools if relevant).
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
- Understanding of usability principles and user-centered design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development languages.
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
