**Job Title**: Floor Supervisor
**Location**: Kakkanad, Kerala
**Salary Range**: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month (plus Incentives & Overtime Pay)

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations and workforce activities.
- Ensure all work is carried out efficiently and meets company quality standards.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance to maintain productivity.
- Handle shift scheduling, attendance, and task allocation.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with management, technicians, and support teams.
- Support training and performance improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Diploma or ITI in any technical or relevant discipline (Automobile/Mechanical preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience as a floor or production supervisor, preferably in an automotive or service environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and ensure timely job completion.
