Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative Visual Designer with up to 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our design, marketing, and development teams to create visually engaging assets that align with our brand and client needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop creative visual assets, including:

- Social media graphics
- Can take photographs, videos and convert them into social media videos
- Marketing materials (flyers, banners, brochures,videos)
- Presentations and branding collateral
- Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions for various projects.
- Maintain design consistency and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Prepare mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for client and internal review.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in visual design (internships or freelance projects are acceptable).
- Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and Canva.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and design standards.
- Familiarity with responsive design concepts and designing for digital platforms (web, mobile, and social media).
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bonus: Knowledge of basic animation, video editing, or motion graphics is a plus.
