**Job Title: R&D Executive - Ayurvedic, Cosmetic & Nutraceutical Formulations**

**Location**: 2nd Floor, F Block, 1/1, Pocket F, Okhla Phase I, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi, Delhi 110020
**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize herbal formulations including creams, oils, capsules, powders, and cosmetic products.
- Work on product development trials, stability testing, and ingredient compatibility research.
- Prepare and maintain formulation sheets, technical documentation, MSDS, and COAs.
- Ensure documentation compliance with regulatory bodies like AYUSH, FSSAI, and CDSCO.
- Collaborate with production, QA/QC, and marketing teams for sample finalization and batch improvements.
- Assist in obtaining product certifications (FSSAI, AYUSH, GMP, etc.) and managing documentation for exports.
- Stay updated on formulation trends, ingredients, and regulatory changes in the Ayurvedic and wellness sector.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: B.Pharma / M.Pharma / B.Sc / M.Sc in Ayurveda, Cosmetic Science, or related fields.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of relevant R&D experience in Ayurvedic, herbal, or nutraceutical formulations.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of herbal actives, excipients, formulation design, and documentation.
- **Technical Know-how**: Familiarity with lab equipment, formulation tools, and regulatory protocols.
- **Communication**: Ability to work in a team and communicate research insights clearly.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and formulation software/tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
