Job Description for Tele Calling:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
- Explain the features and benefits of real estate projects.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for property site visits.
- Maintain a follow-up tracker and ensure timely follow-up with potential leads.
- Update CRM with customer interaction details regularly.
- Address queries of customers regarding project details, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client interactions.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication in [English/Tamil].
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good listening skills and patience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Prior experience in real estate or telesales is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
