**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Develop user flows, information architecture, and interaction design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 to 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Knowledge of mobile design principles and best practices is a plus.
- Experience in the E-commerce domain.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
- Ability to create illustrations and iconography.
- Experience with motion design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
