**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take dictation from advocates and transcribe accurately and efficiently.
- Draft civil and criminal legal documents—petitions, affidavits, agreements, case briefs, etc.
- Organize and maintain case files, court records, and legal correspondence.
- Assist in preparing hearing notes and organizing supporting documentation.
- Handle all tasks with strict confidentiality and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent shorthand and typing speed.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), with strong document formatting skills.
- Understanding of legal terminology related to Civil & Criminal law.
- Fluent in **English and Hindi**, both spoken and written.
- Graduate preferred; a Diploma or Certification in Stenography is an advantage.

**Salary**:
₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills)
