**Telecaller (Female Preferred) - Entry-Level/Freshers Welcome**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Answer potential customers' questions and follow-up call questions.
- Work closely with the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend reach into target accounts.
- Record customer information within our database.
- Achieve specified targets and outcomes within schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in sales/customer service is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
