**Student Advising**:

- Meet with students individually or in group settings to discuss academic goals, interests, and concerns.
- Provide guidance on course selection, degree requirements, and academic planning.
- Assist students in developing personalized academic plans and career goals.
- **Program and Policy Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about academic programs, curriculum changes, and university policies.
- Interpret and communicate academic policies to students.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Monitoring Academic Progress**:

- Monitor students' academic progress and intervene when necessary to address issues such as poor performance or course withdrawals.
- Keep detailed records of student interactions and maintain confidentiality.
- **Resource Referral**:

- Direct students to appropriate campus resources, including tutoring services, career counseling, and support services.
- Facilitate connections between students and faculty mentors.
- **Orientation and Workshops**:

- Conduct orientation sessions for new students to familiarize them with academic requirements and support services.
- Organize and facilitate workshops on study skills, time management, and academic success strategies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other academic advisers, faculty, and staff to enhance the overall academic support system.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices in academic advising.
- **Communication**:

- Provide timely and accurate information to students regarding important deadlines, events, and academic updates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
