**Real Estate Sales**

**Location: My Elegant Group, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed the company’s sales targets.
- **Leadership and Guidance**: Provide strong leadership and support to the sales teams, fostering a culture of consistent performance and accountability.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends, competition, and business opportunities to identify growth potential and adapt strategies accordingly.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to expand the company’s reach and enhance business opportunities.
- **Weekly Meetings**: Conduct weekly office meetings with the sales team and channel partners to review performance, share insights, and strategize for upcoming sales initiatives.
- **Channel Partner Management**: Oversee and support the top 50 channel partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and training to maximize their sales potential.
- **Sales Targets**: Set and monitor weekly sales targets for the sales team and channel partners, ensuring that each partner achieves at least one sale per week under their network.
- **Collaboration with Management**: Work closely with senior management on budget planning, financial goals, and overall sales performance.
- **Performance Reporting**: Regularly report on sales performance metrics, channel partner engagement, and overall market conditions to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3-10+ years of experience in real estate sales and leadership positions.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,812.93 - ₹93,414.60 per month
