**Job Overview**:
As a **Sales & Marketing Executive**, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and managing outdoor advertising campaigns in the **Kakinada region**. You will closely **coordinate with the Marketing Head and Head Office team in Madhapur** to ensure smooth operations and consistent execution of company goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify new clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into successful business deals.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Study local markets, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- **Campaign Coordination**: Plan and monitor outdoor advertising campaigns to ensure timely delivery and visibility.
- **Head Office Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the **Marketing Head** and corporate team in **Madhapur** for strategy execution, approvals, and regular updates.
- Provide timely reports and feedback from the field.
- **Sales Support**: Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- **Brand Promotion**: Support regional marketing initiatives to enhance **LEADSPACE brand visibility** in Kakinada.
- **Reporting**: Maintain sales records and prepare performance reports for management review.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years in sales, marketing, or outdoor advertising.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent networking and client-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Languages**: Proficiency in **English and Telugu** preferred.
- **Personal Traits**: Dynamic, result-oriented, confident, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
