**About the Role**
- Work with Head of product management as a peer to conceptualize neuro-tech products
- Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple, intuitive and elegant
- Create design patterns, mockups, wireframes and prototypes
- Perform user testing to inform and validate design decisions
- Collaborate effectively with other designers, product managers and engineers to build and ship delightful products
- Create elegant user friendly interfaces and engage user experiences that span across digital services based on customer needs
- Utilize your full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills as we create products and bring them to market

**Skill Set required**
- Experience in UX or interaction design, preferably in a startup environment
- Strong product thinking skills and collaborate with PMs and engineers
- Strong design craft skills including interaction, visual and service design
- Strong user research and usability testing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong command of design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Passion for a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Excellent portfolio that demonstrates systematic and creative design thinking as well as a strong understanding of best practices
- Ability to learn the details required from the regulatory compliance and incorporate in the design
- Experience in healthcare
- Experience with prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, etc.)
- Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
- Good understanding of color science and combinations
- Artistic and innovative flair
- Excellent attention to detail
- Meticulous and diligent
- Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Deep passion for creating products that people will love
- Are enthusiastic about all things brain science and/or mental well-being

**Salary**: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
