Job Title: Part-Time Abacus Trainer

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct abacus training sessions for students both online and offline in Calicut and Kannur locations.

2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to facilitate effective learning.

3. Provide individualized attention and support to students to ensure their understanding and progress.

4. Assess students' progress regularly and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians.

5. Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and assessments.

6. Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.

7. Stay updated with the latest developments in abacus training methodologies and techniques.

8. Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for all students.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in abacus training.

2. Proficiency in both online and offline teaching methods.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Patience and ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and abilities.

5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as needed.

8. Prior experience working with children is preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 16 per week
