Science And Technology Park Invites Applications For The **Position Of CEO of Center For Invention, Innovation And Incubation (CIII)** **LOCATIONS** : _**SATARA (1)**_ **CIIIs** are setup by Science and Technology Park, Pune in partnership with Rayat Shikshan Sanstha and Tata Technologies Ltd. to develop an entrepreneurial ecosystem through - Skill Training - Applied R&D - Boost Innovation - Promote hi-tech start-ups & - Co working Incubation **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - The CEO in consultation with the Board of Directors shall develop a vision, strategy, and business model to achieve the objectives of the Company. - Closely work with the Board of Directors and report to the Board of Directors for implementation of strategy, review, and plan for continuous improvement. - Act as the "Chief Experimenter", required to give direction to the Company primarily towards establishing it as a key player in skill enhancement space which includes strategy to build, execute and scale programs, outreach activities, measure impacts, collaborate with the partners/ stakeholders of the start-up/ entrepreneurial ecosystem, etc. - A pied-piper to provide overall strategic guidance, framing procedures, guidelines, best practices, etc., for coordination, consolidation, synergy, and success of C3i centers. - Encourage "experiential learning" to leverage skill enhancement. - Required to liaison, develop, and strengthen relationships with Govt. agencies, Higher education, angel/ seed funding institutions, industries. - Spearhead senior-level, strategic relationships with key stakeholders. - Responsible to plan and execute activities within the pre-approved quarterly budget including verification and recommendation of the release of operating expense, ensuring proper implementation, and strict monitoring of annual plans, budgets, and targets. - Directing the Finance team to prepare annual budgets, completing risk analysis on potential investments, and advising the Board of Directors regarding investment risk and return. - Must be visionary to make the Company self-sustainable. **QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE** - Post-graduate in Engineering/Management/ Technology or related disciplines from a recognized national or international institution. - 12~ 15 years of industrial management experience in Incubator management. - Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders. - Strong networking and presentation skills. - Should have worked at the senior level position. - Should have Business Acumen and eye for details. **ENGAGEMENT** Initially for 3 years from the date of joining. ----------------------------------------------------
