Restaurant Waitress

**Role Overview**:
The Waiter is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to guests by delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. The Waiter plays a crucial role in representing the restaurant’s brand and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, including daily specials and recommendations.
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and dietary restrictions.
- **Order Taking**:

- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
- Communicate special requests and dietary needs to the kitchen staff.
- **Serving**:

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that dishes are presented attractively and meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
- Refill drinks and attend to guest needs throughout their dining experience.
- **Table Maintenance**:

- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and dining areas.
- Remove used tableware, clean tables, and reset for the next guests promptly.
- **Payment Processing**:

- Present bills to guests, handle payments and provide accurate change.
- Process credit card transactions and ensure the security of guest payment information.
- **Guest Relations**:

- Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for all guests.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist team members during busy periods and provide support as needed.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to the management promptly.
- **Additional Duties**:

- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area.
- Assist with special events and private parties as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
