As a Social Media Executive, your primary responsibility is to develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive online traffic and conversions. You will be responsible for managing various social media platforms and executing creative campaigns to meet the company's marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience. Identify key social media platforms and tactics to effectively reach and engage the target audience.

**Content Creation**: Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-quality and visually appealing content.

**Community Management**: Monitor and engage with the company's social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.

**Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase follower growth, and generate leads. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

**Social Listening and Monitoring**: Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, industry trends, and relevant conversations. Use social listening tools to gather insights and identify opportunities for engagement and brand advocacy.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and campaign performance. Provide regular reports on social media performance, including insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

**Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices. Recommend and implement innovative social media strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, content, and design teams, to ensure social media activities are integrated with overall marketing initiatives and brand messaging.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns.
- Proficient in content creation and copywriting for social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
