- Manual underwriting and non-QM loan products
- Mortgage underwriting software, including Encompass and LoanSphere
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity standards
- Trained and mentored junior underwriters on underwriting guidelines and procedures.
- Participated in quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency in underwriting decisions.

**Fresh MBA graduate can also apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹245,137.66 - ₹652,981.09 per year
