As a Quantitative Data Scientist at Tiger Analytics, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive models, and providing actionable insights that drive business growth and innovation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, identify opportunities, and develop scalable solutions to address them.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights.
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to optimize business processes, improve customer experiences, and drive revenue growth.
- Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses, measure the impact of interventions, and optimize strategies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop data-driven solutions.
- Communicate complex findings and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and quantitative analysis techniques.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the data science team.
