- Responsible for achieving individual and teams revenue targets in general and brokerage targets in specific.
- Responsible for achieving revenue targets following the right code of conduct and keeping in mind clients profitability and requirements.
- Responsible for Cross Selling of Third Party Products and achieving revenue targets individually and from the team.
- Achieving overall Topline & Bottom-line objectives of Dealing department.
- Recruit, train, develop and manage the down-line team as per the requirements.
- Lead the entire department and generate revenue across products and services.
- Induct, facilitate and motivate Dealers and Relationship Managers to work towards the profitability of the organisation by retaining clients (individuals and corporate), acquiring quality clients by networking with existing ones and servicing clients with value.
- Ensure compliance of all dealings as per SEBI, Exchanges and other regulatory guidelines.
- Follow and implement dealer code of conduct with the entire team.
- Responsible for smooth day-to-day operations of the organisation and maintain the brand image of the organization.

Experience Requirement
- Degree holder with over 3 years of relevant experience in equity markets.

**Salary**: ₹7,00,000 - ₹9,00,000per year
