Job Title: International Customer Support Associate

**Summary**:
We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in providing exceptional customer service to clients of a leading American multinational finance corporation. As a Customer Support Associate, you will handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

**Location**: Malad, Andheri and Thane

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer calls in a timely and efficient manner**
**- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues related to banking products and services**
**- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues**
**- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using relevant software and systems**
**- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction targets**
**- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes**

**Shift Details**:

- US Rotational shifts between 5 pm and 7 am (any 9 hours)**
**- 5-day working week with 2 rotational week offs**

**-UK shift**

**Willing to work in night shift**

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**
**- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills**
**- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information**
**- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)**
**- Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends**
