As a 3D Visualizer at LATN Project Management Consultancy LLP, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients visualize and understand complex design concepts. You will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to create visually stunning and informative 3D visualizations that facilitate decision-making and communication with clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality, detailed 3D models and visualizations using industry-standard software (Autodesk 3ds Max & Sketch Up).
- Interpret architectural or design plans and transform them into compelling 3D renders.
- Develop and refine textures, materials, and environments to enhance the overall project presentation.
- Collaborate with our consultants to incorporate feedback and changes from clients and internal team members.
- Deliver projects within specified deadlines, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Keep updated with industry trends and technologies to continually enhance your skills and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Autodesk 3ds Max & Sketch Up).
- A strong portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling and visualization work, with an emphasis on projects that relate to consultancy services.
- Knowledge of rendering engines such as V-Ray, Lumion, or similar.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail and the ability to create visualizations that are both aesthetically pleasing and informative.
- Problem-solving skills to address technical and artistic challenges.
