- Generating high quality leads following the laid SOPs
- Using rebuttal techniques to handle customer’s query
- Make outgoing calls to create new leads
- Developing a strong knowledge of the product’s script/s and rebuttal/s in order to facilitate the lead

**Designation**:
Process Associate/ Sr. Process Associate

**Compensation**:
Lucrative daily incentive plan

**Location**:
WORK FROM OFFICE: Sector 74, Mohali

**Working Hours**:
Fixed Shift Timings (US Shift) with Saturday/Sunday Fixed Off

**Qualification**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
