**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greet and welcome customers as they enter the shop**:

- **Assist customers in finding the products they need**:

- **Provide detailed information on products, promotions, and services**:

- **Recommend and upsell products based on customer preferences**:

- **Handle customer queries and complaints professionally**:

- **Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately**:

- **Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor**:

- **Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed**:

- **Stay updated on new arrivals, product knowledge, and company policies**:

- **Assist in visual merchandising and display arrangements**

**Requirements**:

- **High school diploma or equivalent**:

- **Proven experience in retail sales or customer service preferred**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**:

- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment**:

- **Basic math skills for handling transactions**:

- **Professional appearance and positive attitude**:

- **Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays**

**Preferred Skills**:
