Shavya’s Agronixx LLP is a multidisciplinary consultancy working with NGOs, Government bodies, and CSOs. Our work lies at the intersection of **design, storytelling, data, and strategy** — focused on social impact. We design **Information, Education & Communication (IEC)** material, create animated content, conduct research, and build strategic plans for urban/rural development.

**IEC Designer & Social Media Associate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design creatives (posters, banners, infographics) for campaigns and IEC material.
- Assist in creating motion graphic videos using AI tools (e.g. Runway, Canva, etc.).
- Help build and maintain our social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Collaborate with writers and animators on campaigns for farmers, SHGs, youth, and citizens.

**You’re a good fit if you**:

- Are confident with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
- Have an eye for layout, typography, color, and storytelling.
- Can write or caption posts in clear, witty English (and sometimes Hindi).
- Are curious about climate, governance, health, or sustainable living.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
