**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning & Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in Mathematics to primary school students, covering topics such as number sense, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, shapes, measurements, and patterns.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including games, visual aids, hands-on activities, and interactive lessons to make math concepts easier to understand and fun for young learners.
- Differentiate instruction to cater to various learning styles and abilities in the classroom.
- **Curriculum Implementation**:

- Follow the school’s prescribed Mathematics curriculum, ensuring that it is taught effectively and in accordance with the academic standards.
- Ensure that students build a solid understanding of basic mathematical concepts and develop problem-solving skills.
- Adapt lessons and activities to meet the diverse needs of students, including those who may require extra support or enrichment.
- **Assessment & Feedback**:

- Regularly assess students’ progress through informal assessments, classwork, assignments, and formal tests.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback on students' performance to help them improve their mathematical understanding and skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to parents on their child’s academic performance.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment that fosters learning and student engagement.
- Encourage active participation, teamwork, and a growth mindset in mathematics.
- Address classroom behavior issues promptly and ensure that students remain focused and respectful in the learning environment.
- **Student Support & Engagement**:

- Provide extra support to students who may struggle with math concepts, offering additional practice and one-on-one assistance when needed.
- Encourage students to develop confidence in their mathematical abilities and build a positive attitude towards learning.
- **Parental Communication**:

- Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress, areas for improvement, and any other concerns related to their child’s development.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss students’ academic performance and offer suggestions for improvement at home.
- Share updates about assignments, projects, upcoming assessments, and classroom activities with parents.
- **Professional Development**:

- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching techniques and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mathematics education.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and school training sessions to improve instructional practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share teaching strategies, resources, and ideas to improve student outcomes.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification is required.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in teaching Mathematics at the primary school level is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge and understanding of primary school mathematics concepts.
- Ability to teach math in a fun, interactive, and engaging manner.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
