**Vani Advertising**, established in 2010, is a prominent Out Of Home (OOH) media organization in Northern India. Specializing in 360 marketing solutions, we provide Out-of-Home Advertising Products and Services in Delhi/NCR region. Our goal is to create lasting recall and impactful experiences for our audience.

This is a full-time on-site role for a **Field Account Executive** at **Vani Advertising** in Noida sector-44.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and timely financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and submit financial reports as required by management.
- Support senior management by providing accurate financial data and analysis for informed decision-making.
- Manage accounts receivable, including sales invoices, credit notes, debtors, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks
- Document and report any issues or concerns encountered during field visits
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Maintain records and documentation related to field activities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a similar field or Account executive role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to travel frequently to different locations(Delhi NCR)
- **Valid driver's license**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:
