We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Field Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in generating leads to expand our customer base and drive sales growth.

Job Summary: As a Field Executive - Lead Generation at KVC Floorings, you will be responsible for hunting and identifying potential leads for our range of products. Your primary objective will be to proactively reach out to prospective customers, generate interest, and qualify them as potential buyers. Your role will involve extensive fieldwork, visiting residential and commercial areas, building relationships with key decision-makers, and promoting our product offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct extensive field visits and actively engage in lead generation activities.
- Identify potential customers and initiate contact to understand their needs and requirements.
- Present product offerings including wooden floorings, IPE, Dek floors, WPC louvers, artificial grass, wallpapers, and high-pressure laminates, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Proactively build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources, including referrals, online platforms, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and outcomes.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in field sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential customers and key stakeholders.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills to promote and sell the product offerings effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Familiarity with the construction and interior design industry will be **beneficial.**:

- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
