**4- Experience: 3-8 Years.**

**5- Location: Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, 231001**

**6- Preferred Skill: Strong understanding of fabrication processes**

**Role & Responsibilities: -**
- Oversee daily operations in the fabrication department, ensuring production schedules are met.
- Manages the fabrication process, ensuring efficient workflows and optimal utilization of resources.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, including welders, machinists, and other technicians.
- Identifies and resolves issues that arise during fabrication, ensuring timely solutions and mínimal disruption.
- Conduct testing and validation of mechanical designs.
- Develop and execute plans for improving production efficiency and reducing waste.
- Address and resolve quality issues or defects in collaboration with the quality control team.
- Assist in the design and fabrication of mechanical systems and components.

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Mirzapur-cum-Vindhyachal, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
