Motion Graphics Designer

Ø Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media

Ø Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time.

Ø Collaborating with the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, and content creators, to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectives

Ø Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics design

Ø Incorporate changes recommended senior designers or art directors into final designs

Ø Ensure final video edits are visually appealing, on-brand, error-free and consistent

Ø Review final productions for errors and ensure that final ones fulfil the user specs

Ø Make creative adaptations, support senior designers and project managers for the marketing collaterals

Ø Understand Organization, its mission, vision and values, its brands and structure

Ø Familiarize with the brand proposition and its language, design elements

Ø Collaborate with fellow content team members on various projects and tasks

Ø Collaborate/liaise with Design team members to get the communication completed

Ø Be up-to date with current copy and communication trend and culture

Ø Able to give timelines for the task and ensure to meet the set timeline

Ø Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations

Ø Contributing to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the design team

Ø Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
