JOB TITLE : Dryer Operator

LOCATION : Durg, Chhattisgarh

JOB SUMMARY:
The Dryer Operator operates, monitors, and maintains drying machines to process materials in accordance with set specifications. The operator ensures that products are dried to the desired moisture content, following safety protocols and quality control procedures. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, troubleshooting problems, adjusting drying parameters, and ensuring optimal drying conditions to achieve high-quality outcomes. The operator works closely with other production staff to meet production goals and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor drying equipment to ensure the correct drying of materials.
- Adjust drying temperatures, airflow, and cycle times based on material requirements.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on dryers to prevent downtime.
- Perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during drying processes.
- Record data related to drying conditions, material specifications, and production output.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to maintain smooth operations.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Handle raw materials and finished products according to established procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
