**Salary Range**: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000

- **Test Structure Overview**:

- Explain the four sections of the assessment:

- **Numerical Ability**:

- 14 questions, 15 minutes.
- Topics include Profit and Loss, Simple Interest, Work, Time, Distance, Ratio, and Proportion.
- **Customer Judgement**:

- 9 questions, 15 minutes.
- **SVAR Section**:

- 42 questions, 20 minutes.
- Emphasize the importance of achieving a score of 50+.
- **English Comprehension**:

- 22 questions, 18 minutes.
- Basic grammar questions with three passages, each containing four questions.
- **Feedback and Reporting**:

- Report any challenges or issues encountered during the briefing process to management.
- **Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with team members to share insights and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous experience in training, assessment coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
