**Job Summary**:
We're seeking an experienced Database Administrator to manage and maintain our organizational databases, ensuring data security, integrity, and availability.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Database Management:
1. Design, implement, and maintain databases (relational and NoSQL).

2. Develop and enforce database security policies.

3. Ensure data backup and recovery procedures.

4. Optimize database performance and query efficiency.

5. Collaborate with developers on database integration.

**Data Security and Compliance**:
1. Implement data encryption and access controls.

2. Ensure compliance with data regulations (GDPR, HIPAA).

3. Conduct regular security audits.

**Troubleshooting and Support**:
1. Resolve database issues and errors.

2. Provide technical support to users.

**Monitoring and Maintenance**:
1. Monitor database performance and health.

2. Perform routine maintenance tasks.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:
1
- years of experience in database administration.

2. Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).

3. Experience with database security and compliance.

4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
